April at Hart Ranch

We should have known better.  We've been back three weeks and I can't count how many times it has snowed.  Our pipes have frozen up a couple of times, and we're having a blizzard today.  ARRGH MAKE IT STOP!!!!  You won't see me complain about 90 degree weather this summer.

Here are some pictures of what's been going on since we arrived on March 25th.

This was the snow over night 3/25 into 3/26

The snow melted and the deer came through on the 28th

It snowed again on March 31st

This was the HIGH on March 31st.  We froze up on that day!

We made rack of lamb for Easter. Luckily we were able to get thawed out - great dinner!

This was the blizzard warning on the phone on April 12th.

This is how it looks on April 13th.  We hit the high of 30 at 7:00 a.m.  We're supposed to get 8 inches and 60mph winds!

Two days after the blizzard we have a South Dakota ottoman!
