Happy Easter!

We've had some lovely weather the last few days - in the 70's and sunny.  Today, however, was a different story.  Cold north wind, rainy, overcast.  But we took a ride in Custer State Park anyway, and had our picnic.  We had to picnic in the car, but it was nice.   We saw Bison, Elk, Pronghorns, Turkeys, Deer.  The Prairie Dogs stayed in their holes - it was too icky to be outside.

We're here and back working.  Just thought I'd post some pics as we get them, so keep looking!!!

Horsethief Lake, close to Mt Rushmore, March 30th.  That's ice!  There are animal footprints on it.

April 10th and 11th - BLIZZARD!!  The high of 24 hit at 8:30 in the morning, and it blew and snowed most of the day on the 10th, and over night, and we're supposed to get more snow today.  We have a 10 inch drift behind the motorhome.  We really don't like this weather. It's 4:00 am and we're both up because the kitchen faucet pipes have frozen and Mike is working to get the water back so we don't do any damage.
